Economic Support Specialist |
Richland County Health & Human Services is looking for a customer-oriented individual to work in our call center conducting
client interviews, verifying information, interpreting regulations and entering data into a computer system. This full-time 40 hr/wk position will
maintain a caseload of individuals eligible for public assistance benefits and provide excellent customer service in a call center environment.
High School diploma or vocational/technical training required with knowledge of public benefits, entitlements, insurance rules and consumer issues preferred. Successful applicants must be able to complete 100 hours of onsite State training within six months of employment.
