Notice is hereby given that the
Richland County Board of Adjustments will be meeting on May 6, 20010 at 1:00 p.m.
in the County Board Room, Richland County Courthouse, 181 W. Seminary St., Richland Center, Wisconsin
for the following reasons:
- To hear the petition of
Joseph & Patricia Fargen of 32779 Logan Road to request a variance of
820 square feet from the requirement of 980 square feet which is 70% of
the living space of the primary structure for the purpose of building a
shed in Section 2 of Buena Vista Township.
- To hear the petition of Randy Olson of
30908 Olson Lane to request a variance to the required setback of 70 feet
to the centerline of a town road (Olson Lane) to 60 feet in Section 13,
Orion Township for the purpose of building an accessory structure (garage).
