Notice is hereby given that the
Richland County Board of Adjustments will be meeting on June 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m.
in the County Board Room, Richland County Courthouse, 181 W. Seminary St.,
1. To hear the petition of Richard & Diane Powers, Section 19, Orion Township, to request a variance to the requirement of a maximum square footage of an accessory structure not to exceed 70% of the total living space of the dwelling. The variance requested is an additional 741.2 square feet from the maximum of 758.8 square feet. The size of the dwelling is 1,084 square feet.
