Notice is hereby given that the Richland County Board of Adjustments will be meeting on July 29, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the County Board Room, Richland County Courthouse, 181 W. Seminary St., Richland Center, Wisconsin for the following reasons:

1. To hear the petition of Merlin and Jeffrey Jones to request a variance to the required parcel size of 5 acres in the Agriculture/Residential zoning district to 4 acres in Section 28 of Marshall Township.
