Notice is hereby given that the
Richland County Board of Adjustments will be meeting on September 3, 2009 at
1:00 p.m. in the County Board Room, Richland County Courthouse,
1. To hear the petition of Brook Pauls to request a variance to the requirement of one secondary accessory structure in the Residential-2 zoning district to two secondary accessory structures in Section 32 of Buena Vista Township.
2. To hear the petition of Dennis & Nancy Dosch to request a variance to the required setback of 70 feet to construct an accessory building on a town road to 33 feet; a 37 foot variance.
3. To hear the petition of Robert and Teresa Rizzo to request a variance to the requirement of the size of a parcel in the Agriculture/Forestry zoning district of 35 acres to 30.6 acres in Section 36 of Willow Township.
