Item #5 & 6  Klawiter informed the committee that the information concerning the corner monument projects for 2007, 2008 and 2009 are not in the courthouse.  Discussion followed concerning the location of these records and why they are not in the courthouse.  Klawiter stated that he felt it was the county surveyor’s job to make sure these records are kept in the courthouse.  He stated that Mike Goebel has turned in his final bill for payment of work complete in the amount of $240.00.  It is his contention that this amount should be withheld from payment until the records are retrieved.  Motion by Wiedenfeld, seconded by Deets to withhold payment to Mike Goebel and or Westbrook until our records are in house.  Motion carried.
