Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs)

The Disaster Recovery Center operated by FEMA will stay open and continue to operate daily (on weekends also) until September 9th at 7:00pm. Residents must register prior to visiting the DRC. Staff from FEMA, SBA, and others will be staffing the DRC in be available to answer questions and assist with filling out forms. In addition staff from Public Health and Health & Human Services will be available to assist and answer questions.
 
Residents or business owners in the flood affected area can call 1-800-621-FEMA (3362). For hearing or speech impaired, call 1-800-462-7585. Lines will be open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through next Sunday. Residents can also apply for assistance on the FEMA Web site.

State of Emergency

A Declaration of State of Emergency has been declared by Govenor, Jim Doyle and acting County Chair, Dan Carroll. The Villages of Cazenovia, Viola, and 13 of the 16 Townships are also under a State of Emergency.
