Item #5 The committee heard the petition of Karen Koch, seller and Kevin & Tarah Koch, buyers to rezone 5.00 acres from Agriculture/Forestry to Agriculture/Residential in Section 18 of Willow Township. Karen stated her son Kevin wants to purchase 5 acres and the home from her so they can renovate it and get financing from the bank. The outbuildings are not included in the sale just the home. Motion by Wunnicke, seconded by Clausius to approve the petition to rezone 5.00 acres from Agriculture/Forestry to Agriculture/Residential in Section 18 of Willow Township and pass it onto the next county board session. Motion carried. The next county board meeting is May 15th at
Item #6 The committee heard the petition of Dave & Marcella Jelinek to rezone 5.00 acres from Agriculture/Forestry to Agriculture/Residential in Section 25 of Richland Township. Dave stated he would like to sell the house to his son but he will continue to run the farm.
Item #7 The committee heard the petition of Matthew & Miranda Slesarik to obtain a conditional use permit for replacement of an existing manufactured home of less than 24 feet wide that is required to be at least 1,000 square feet in size in Section 35 of Willow Township.
Item #8 The committee heard the petition of Dena & Russell Shaw to rezone 2.50 acres from Agriculture/Forestry to Residential-2 in Section 20 of Marshall Township.
Item #9 The committee heard the petition of Dave Bangert to obtain a conditional use permit to place a communication tower in Section 27 of Willow Township.

committee heard the amendment to the Richard Eberle preliminary plat creating a
10 lot subdivision in Section 1 of Dayton Township presented to the committee
