Community Services Building

Richland County Health & Human Services is dedicated to helping those in our county to access public resources, which will help them prosper and have more independent, fulfilling lives. It is our mission to provide these resources in a way that promotes the health, well-being, & self-sufficiency for all people of Richland County.

The Richland County Department of Health and Human Services provides a comprehensive array of services and programs consumers in Richland County each year. These services are provided through the following programs:

Aging, Disability, & Resource Center Birth to Three
Children's Services Clinical Services
Economic Support Public Health



Snow plowing specifications may be picked up at the Community Services Building from 8am until 5pm. Questions should be directed to Angie Rizner at 608-649-5921.

Submit sealed bids marked “2014/2015 Snow Plowing Contract” to Richland County Health & Human Services, 221 West Seminary Street, Richland Center, WI 53581 by Noon on Wednesday, November 12, 2014.
