Riverdale School District: "Shall the Riverdale School District, Grant, Richland, Iowa and Crawford Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, for non-recurring purposes: by $315,000 per year for debt service for constructing additional classrooms, safety and security upgrades and remodeling restrooms, for the 2022-2023 school year through the 2040-2041 school year, and by $385,000 per year for maintaining educational and operational services, for the 2022-2023 school year through the 2026-2027 school year (for a total of $700,000 per year for the 2022-2023 school year through the 2026-2027 school year and for a total of $315,000 per year for the 2027-2028 school year through the 2040-2041 school year)?"
