Town of Bloom Referendum QUESTION 1: This referendum question is to gauge the support of issuance of a liquor license within the Town of Bloom, and is not considered binding upon the Town Board’s future actions. Under Wisconsin State Statues 125.51, the Town of Bloom has a large enough population to issue at lease one (1) Class B license for retail sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises, such as in a tavern or bar. The Town of Bloom has not previously issued any such licenses in the past. If a license was requested to be granted by the Town Board, would you support issuance of such a license by the Town of Bloom?

Hillsboro School District Referendum Question 1: Shall the School District of Hillsboro, Vernon, Richland, Juneau, Sauk, and Monroe Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.19, Wisconsin Statutes, by $500,000 per year beginning with the 2019-2020 school year and ending with the 2022-2023 school year, for non-recurrin purposes to maintain District facilities and current programs?

Hillsboro School District Referendum Question 2: Shall the School District of Hillsboro, Vernon, Richland, Juneau, Sauk, and Monroe Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to issue pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $3,700,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of a District-wide school facility improvement program consisting of: building infrastructure and capital improvement projects, replacements and repairs; remodeling for ADA compliance; site improvements; and acquisition of furnishings, fixtures and equipment?

River Valley School District Referendum Question: BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the River Valley School District, Sauk, Richland, Iowa and Dane Counties, Wisconsin, that the revenues included in the School District budget be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by up to $1,300,000 for the 2019-2020 school year, up to $2,250,000 for the 2020-2021 school year, up to $3,000,000 for the 2021-2022 school year (for a total of $6,550,000) for nonrecurring purposes consisting of maintaining the educational programs and current level of district operations.
